Shipping policy

All items are shipped within a reasonable time-frame.  Personalized masks may take up to 14 business days to be shipped or delivered, due to high volumes of orders.  All other items will be shipped within 2 business days, unless an otherwise agreement has been made between Nor'easter Knits and the customer.  These terms are subject to change.  Nor'easter knits cannot be held responsible for items that have shipped should they become lost or stolen in transit.  We use the USPS for all of our shipping; all customers are provided with tracking numbers for all orders at the time of shipment.
