Nor’easter Knits is rooted in cold-weather living.

I grew up in Vermont’s Northeast Kingdom, where winter wasn’t a season- it was a way of life. Warmth mattered. Practicality mattered. And the things you relied on needed to last. Living in Maine, these same notions all remain true. New England winters are not for the faint of heart!

These experiences continue to shape every piece I design.

Nor’easter Knits creates small-batch, hand-knit winter essentials inspired by New England storms and Scandinavian simplicity. Each piece is thoughtfully made for warmth, longevity, and everyday wear- not trends or novelty.

I focus on timeless silhouettes, quality materials, and intentional design. The goal is simple: create knitwear you reach for season after season, whether you’re heading out into the cold or gifting something meaningful.

Everything is knit in small batches, allowing for care, consistency, and attention to detail. No rush. No excess. Just well-made winter essentials designed for real cold and real life.
